Consent to the processing of personal data
1. personal data Subject: the person who accessed the site toyota.ru on the Internet and provided their personal data to the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the"User").

3. Purpose of personal data processing: organization of the User's participation in events, including as a participant of the event; provision of information to the User, including advertising information, including, but not limited to, the availability of special offers, events, promotions, presentations in relation to Toyota products; conducting market research and consumer surveys aimed at further improving the quality offered by Authorized Dealers/Delivery of goods and services; compliance with the requirements of legislative acts and regulatory documents. These actions may be performed by Toyota Motor or other third parties engaged by Toyota Motor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, via e-mail, sms messages, mailing lists, telephone calls, or any other means of communication.
4. List of personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, contact phone numbers, e-mail address, field of activity, position (occupation), information about car ownership (make and model of car), period of planned car exchange, other data provided by the User for the purposes specified in this Consent.
5. List of actions with personal data (processing of personal data): the Operator processes personal data-collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, use, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), cross-border transfer of personal data, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The operator performs automated processing and non-automated processing of personal data.
6. term of Consent: the Consent is valid for an indefinite period until it is revoked by the User.
7. Revocation of Consent: Consent can be revoked by the subject of personal data by sending a written application to Toyota Motor.
8. Persons involved in the processing of personal data: personal data is processed, in addition to the Operator, by any other third parties involved by the Operator for the purpose of processing personal data. The operator has the right to change the list of persons involved in the processing of personal data without the User's consent and notification.
